- Liability. The renter is responsible for the bicycle and any damage, theft or loss during the rental period, subject to applicable law.
- Condition. The renter confirms that the bicycle is in good condition at pickup, except for any recorded defects, and agrees to return it in the same condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
- Traffic laws. The renter agrees to obey all local traffic laws and ride safely.
- Age limit. Renters must be aged 18 or over, or supervised by an adult. Where the renter is under 18, the supervising adult must be identified and sign below.
- Use. Bicycles are for recreational use only and must not be used for racing, stunts or off-road riding unless expressly agreed by the Provider.
- Late returns. Return at the time shown in your booking. Contact us immediately if delayed. Extra time is charged at the next applicable rental band; delays beyond opening hours may incur reasonable recovery costs.
- Deposit. The deposit may be retained, or charges applied, for damage, late return or missing accessories, subject to applicable law.
- Helmet use. Helmet use is encouraged and may be required on certain guided tours. Any helmet requirements under applicable traffic laws must be followed.
Declaration
I confirm that the information provided is true and that I have read and agree to the eight terms above. I accept responsibility for the bicycle during the rental period and, to the extent permitted by law, release Supermercado Deseos and Amazzzing Venture Capital S.L. from liability relating to injuries, loss or damage. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Online booking conditions
The booking signer must be 18 or over. Riders under 18 must be accompanied and authorised by a parent or legal guardian. Every electric-bike rider must be 21 or over.
Cancel free of charge until one hour before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are subject to availability.

The security hold is handled at pickup: €50 per non-electric bike and €500 per electric bike. Helmet, lock and water included.

Standard or city bike rental at Deseos starts at €12 for four hours in Corralejo. Choose the bicycle and duration that fit your plans; other bike categories have their own rates.
Four hours need not mean four hours of pedalling. Plan a shorter ride, stop to enjoy the view and leave enough time to return. Check your date and total in the booking form.

Rental essentials
Cancellation and changes
Cancel free of charge until one hour before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are subject to availability.
Age and children
The person making the booking and signing the agreement must be 18+. Riders under 18 must be accompanied and authorised by a parent or legal guardian. Electric-bike riders must be 21+.
Damage, theft and security deposit
The renter is responsible for the bike and included equipment from handover until return. The deposit may be used only against documented loss, theft, damage beyond normal wear, missing accessories or late-return charges. It does not limit liability where the documented loss is higher.
Late returns
Return at the time shown in your booking. Contact us immediately if delayed. Extra time is charged at the next applicable rental band; delays beyond opening hours may incur reasonable recovery costs.
Safe and permitted use
Valid ID is required. No racing, stunts, carrying unauthorised passengers, intoxicated riding or use outside the bike’s intended terrain. Traffic laws apply. Helmets are supplied free and are mandatory for under-16s and on interurban roads.
Online agreement
Read and accept the agreement before payment. Your details, selected rental and acceptance timestamp are saved with your booking. After payment, you and Deseos receive the accepted agreement by email. The bicycle-condition handover and staff signature are completed at pickup.
